Facility and Capacity

Snowline is housed in a 34,000 square foot manufacturing facility located 30 miles east of Sacramento California. Our location in the Barnett Business Park allows easy access from the highway to facilitate shipping and receiving.

Manufacturing space is approximately 24,000 square feet with an additional 5000 square feet of assembly and inventory area that is temperature regulated to ensure equipment and product repeatability. The quality control area maintains a constant temperature of 68F-72F degrees utilizing an independent air conditioning system.

Manufacturing Floor

The manufacturing floor incorporates some of the newest equipment available on the market today. This along with trained personnel ensures the products produced meet or exceed our customer's expectations. Lean manufacturing is utilized to assist customers with cost reduction and price stability through the use of work cells.

Fabrication Floor

The fabrication area is equipped for light and medium sized components, weldments and assemblies. Attention to detail is key to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements.
