Currently Hiring Experienced Machinists, Machine Operators, and CNC Programmers:
CNC Machinist Level I, II or III
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- CNC machine operation, including set-up of metal cutting machine tools for mills and lathes. Responsible for properly placing work pieces in the machines and completing the operations specified on the job travelers.
- An ability to interpret blueprints and part specifications, knowing how to select the correct materials, tools and manufacturing for processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of G-code programming formats is desirable for the II and III levels along with a good working knowledge of inspection equipment and capability in selecting the proper inspection tool to verify product conformity to specifications. Working knowledge of programming techniques both at the machine control and via CAD/CAM software.

Horizontal Mill CNC Operator – Level 3
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Set-up and operate metal cutting machine tools and operate a variety of manual and CNC machines including mills and lathes. Will be responsible for properly placing workpieces in the machines and completing the operations specified on the job travelers.
- Must be capable of interpreting blueprints and part specifications to select the correct material, tools, and fabrication processes. Must be familiar with G-code programming formats.

Lathe Machinist Level 3
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Lathe Supervisor, the primary accountabilities and responsibilities of the CNC Lathe Machinist include the capability to read and understand blue prints, drawings, sketches, specifications, manuals or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of the finished workpiece.
- Determine the sequence of operations and setup requirements to build workpiece to specifications.
- Working knowledge of processes and needed parameters for the efficient machining of materials including proper speeds, feeds, depth and angle of cuts.
- Working knowledge of the machining characteristics of ferrous metals, (Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Hastalloy etc.) non- ferrous metals (Aluminum, Copper, Brass, etc) and plastics (Delrin, ABS, PVC, Polypropylene etc).
- Capable of generating CNC programs and interpreting and editing programs using standard G-code formats.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Develop NC programs for milling machines.
- Develop solid models using Solidworks software.
- Design fixturing and workholding to facilitate manufacturing.
- Read and interpret blueprints and create CNC programs with CAD/CAM software and determine sequence of operation to manufacture parts.
- Utilize inspection equipment to ensure the accuracy of their work.
- Researching the latest technologies to recommend cost saving processes into the environment.
